How do I make changes to my monthly donation or update my donor information?

Thank you for your generosity! To update your giving preferences or account information, please call our Donor Care team at 1-800-776-1060. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Does Dr. Randy Carlson offer personal counseling?

While Dr. Randy no longer offers direct counseling services, we care deeply about your emotional and spiritual well-being. We recommend reaching out to Focus on the Family Counseling Services at 1-855-771-4357 for professional, faith-based help.

Why do you offer giveaways if you’re asking for donations?

That’s a great question! The giveaways are made possible by a small group of generous donors who specifically give toward sharing the message that Intentional Life Media is listener-supported. Your ongoing support fuels ministry outreach—these gifts simply help us spread the word in a fun way!

My Family Life Radio station isn’t working. What should I do?

Please check your local Family Life Radio Facebook page for any outage announcements. If there are no updates posted, it’s likely a brief technical issue our team is already working to resolve. You can always message us on social or email feedback@flc.org if the problem continues. In the meantime, try listening online or via our app:  Ways to Listen

How can I find the song or program I heard on the radio?

Visit the “On Air” tab at the top of myflr.org to see what’s currently playing. If you’re looking for a specific song or segment from earlier, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to help!

I wrote a song. Can I submit it to be played on Family Life Radio?

When does Family Life Radio start playing Christmas music?

We begin airing Christmas music the weekend of Thanksgiving, with full programming running December 4th through December 26th. (This schedule may vary slightly from year to year based on listener feedback.)
